Student Program

The OrCAD student program provides validated students with an educational OrCAD license for free. Students can use OrCAD to design circuit diagrams (schematic), printed circuit designs (PCB), run analog and digital simulations using PSpice and validate signal integrity using Signal Explorer.

To apply for a free student license you have to fill out the student form below and use an email address from your university (i.e. john.smith@sample-university.edu). Private emails or free email accounts will be rejected.

With this you also have to upload the following:

• Matriculation certificate
• HostID of your computer How to Get MAC Address
• Signed form for personal use Personal Use Form

After verification of the documents, we will send a license file and a download link for the OrCAD software package. OrCAD requires Windows 10 (no iOS and no Linux).
